Appellant instituted this proceeding to have the court modify the original decree in a divorce proceeding and relieve him from the burden of paying the sum of twenty-five dollars per week to the respondent. Appellant alleged a change of condition and set up facts which we will assume were sufficient, if es tablished, to justify the court iu modifying the decree, if it had power so to do.
At the time of the divorce, the custody of the minor child of the parties was awarded to the respondent. She was also given certain real property and an allowance of twenty-five dollars per week. Whether this…
