This is an appeal from the dismissal of a will contest petition for lack of standing. Edna Hawkins appeals the trial court’s grant of its own motion to dismiss for lack of standing. Hawkins’ main contention is that the trial court erred in not granting standing based upon a signed copy of a purported will incorporated in her will contest petition. We affirm.
