Tonkovich v. Crown Life Insurance Co.
Missouri Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
NANNETTE A. BAKER, Judge.
Melanie Tonkovieh and Jonas Denos (collectively, “Heirs”) filed a claim alleging that Crown Life Insurance, Co. and Canada Life Assurance Co. (“Insurance Companies”) wrongfully paid insurance proceeds to Allan Molasky as trustee for the A & G Trust. The trial court determined that there were no genuine issues of material fact and that the insurance companies were entitled to summary judgment. It denied Heirs’ motion for summary judgment and granted Insurance Companies’ motion for summary judgment. Heirs appeal.
