ANNABELLE Clinton Imber, Justice.

Appellant, Belynda Faye sticeby . jury of first-degree murder in the death of her husband and was sentenced by the jury to life in prison. We affirmed her conviction on appeal, but remanded the case for resentencing because the trial judge had improper contact with the jury during deliberations. Goff v. State, 329 Ark. 513, 953 S.W.2d 38 (1997) (Goff I). Following a second sentencing hearing, a new jury again sentenced Mrs. Goff to life in prison. From that decision comes this appeal.
