Appellant Manuel Guerrero-Jasso’s mother brought him to the United States from Mexico when he was eleven years old. At age twenty-six, he was found un*1189lawfully present in California. He entered a plea of guilty to a one-count information alleging that he reentered the country without authorization after being removed — a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326— and received a forty-two-month sentence.
