TUTTLE, District Judge.
This cause comes before the Court upon exceptions filed by respondent to the report of Donald L. Quaife, Special Master, pursuant to order of reference directing him to take testimony upon and determine the damages to be recovered by libelant as a result of the conversion of the oil tanker Boyd. Aftejf full consideration of the arguments and briefs in support of and in opposition to the exceptions, this Court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Master are correct and his report will accordingly be confirmed.
