This case is before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas, which, after a trial on a request for a permanent injunction, dismissed the complaint filed by plaintiff-appellant, the Catawba Orchard Beach Association, Inc. (“the Association”). Appellant now raises the following assignment of error:
“The Trial Court erred to the prejudice of the Plaintiff by granting judgment to the Defendants at the close of the Plaintiffs case as the same was against the manifest weight of the evidence and the law of Ohio, and the Court failed to rule on all matters…
