Dr. Randolfo Marty Pérez filed a complaint for the recovery of money against Dr. Temístocles J. Ramírez Cuerda in the San Juan Section of the former District Court. Plaintiff attached certain articles and instruments used in the medical profession, alleging that they belonged to defendant.
