The appellees filed this suit to recover of appellant damages alleged to have resulted to them by reason of fire set out by appellant’s engine, in which 2,400 acres of grass land were burned over. They sue for the value of the grass, damages to the turf and sod, and for the value of posts burned and wire damaged by the fire. Plaintiff sets out the intrinsic value of the grass and alleges the difference in the market value of the land immediately before and immediately after the fire.
