This is the second appeal of this case, the opinion on the first appeal being found in 184 S.W. 1075, to which reference is made for the statement of facts and of the pleadings.
Under the first and second assignments it is urged that the court erred in sustaining plaintiff's objection to the question propounded by defendant's counsel to plaintiff while on the stand, if he rendered for taxation for the year 1914 the land burned over.
