This is an original proceeding in mandamus brought against the defendant as a judge of the district court of Wyandotte county to compel the judge to vacate an order of injunction issued by him at chambers to the judge of the city court of Kansas City, restraining the latter from proceeding to the trial of an action of forcible entry and detainer therein pending, in which the plaintiff herein is plaintiff and one Phillips is defendant. Prior to the inception of the action in the city court an action to quiet the title to the same property…
