McGEE, Chief Judge.
*477 Thomas David Dion ("Plaintiff"), Neuwirth Motors ("Neuwirth"), and Brentwood Services, Inc. ("Brentwood") appeal from an order determining the amount of a workers' compensation subrogation lien on a judgment obtained by Plaintiff against William Robert Batten, Sr. ("Defendant"). We affirm.
I. Background
