*698 Devonte Shawmar Lyons ("Defendant") appeals his convictions for first-degree murder under the felony murder rule, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Defendant contends he was prejudiced by the trial court's failure to exercise its discretion pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-1233(a) to permit the jury to review certain witness testimony. We find no prejudicial error.
