McKUSICK, Chief Justice.
Petitioner James V. Mclnnis, Jr., appeals the Industrial Accident Commission’s dismissal of his petition for award of vocational rehabilitation.
We sustain his appeal and remand to the commission for further proceedings.
In November 1975 petitioner, who was employed by the Town of Bar Harbor as a school janitor and bus driver, sustained a compensable injury to his back. The parties entered into an agreement for compensation, subsequently approved, under which Mclnnis received weekly compensation payments for total incapacity.
