— This was an action by appellant against appellees, who were partners, upon an account for goods, wares and merchandise sold and delivered. Before judg*150ment, plaintiff filed his affidavit and bond, and caused a writ of attachment to be issued and levied upon certain personal property alleged to have been fraudulently disposed of by defendants.
