In this personal injury action arising from a motor vehicle collision, Christie L. Richitelli and Steve Richitelli appeal the grant of summary judgment to Respondents Motiva Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Texaco (“Texaco”); H.D. Payne & Co., Inc., and H.D. Payne & Co. of Greenwood (collectively “Payne”); and Hayne B. Workman.
