This was an action of trespass to try title, brought by Mrs. Annie H. Johnson, as plaintiff, against T. A. Stringer and B. M. Chester, as defendants, to recover about 60 acres of land, a part of the Absolam Williams league in Jefferson county, the land being sued for as one tract, and so described in the plaintiff’s petition by specific metes and bounds. Plaintiff also specially pleaded title to the land under the statutes of limitation of 3, 5, and 10 years.
