The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted of having possession of a still, and their punishment fixed as follows: Jack Hunter and Dan Hunter each fined $150 and sentenced to five months in the county jail; C. M. Hunter, $50 fine and 30 days in jail.
The state offered no competent testimony against the defendants Dan Hunter and C. M. Hunter tending to connect them with the ownership and possession of the still found on the premises of C. M.
