This is an action brought by the appellees against William O. Hudson and Rose A. Hudson his wife, before a Justice of the Peace, to recover for goods and merchandise. A trial was had before the Justice, and judgment rendered against the defendants. An appeal was taken to the Circuit Court by appellant, when atrial was had and a judgment was again rendered in favor of the appellees, from which judgment'this appeal is taken by the appellant.
