I. INTRODUCTION
Michael Fishoff is suing Coty Inc. — his former employer — for alleged breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and breaches of the duties of good faith and fair dealing. 1 These claims stem from Fishoffs attempt to exercise options awarded to him in his capacity as Coty’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).
