Testator died September 29, 1941, survived by his wife and nephews and nieces who are his statutory distributees. He left a will, dated July 11,1912, which was admitted to probate on August 21, 1942.

In this proceeding the widow seeks a construction of articles “ Fourth ”, “ Fifth ”, Sixth ” and “Eighth ” of the will. Doubt has been cast upon the effect of these provisions by reason of certain facts extrinsic to the instrument.
