¶ 1. In this contested divorce action, husband appeals from the family court’s maintenance award and division of marital assets. As for the division of assets, husband argues that wife’s portion of the property division was excessive, that the family court erred in applying the statutory factors listed in 15 V.S.A. § 751(b), and that the court erred in its valuation of husband’s business.
