BRETT, Judge:

James Adrian Brown, #60924, has filed his application in this Court asking for a writ of habeas corpus and/or post conviction appeal.

Petitioner alleges that, he is now an inmate of the Oklahoma■ State Penitentiary; that on December 10, 1952 he received a sentence of 20 years after a plea of guilty to a charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon. That the judgment and sentence was suspended, hut thereafter on May 23, 1958 the suspension was revoked, and he was sent to the penitentiary.
