—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants KD International Development Corp. and Sanford Tower Associates appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Posner, J.), dated March 13, 2001, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is modified by deleting the provisions thereof denying that branch of the motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action pursuant to Labor Law § 241 (6)…
