Plaintiffs Andrew and Hyeson Levitsky (collectively “the Levitskys”) live in Need-ham, Massachusetts. In 2010, they decided to put an addition on their home. While the renovation began as a modest one, eventually it became an extensive project, including a family room and garage with a master suite and additional room over the garage.
