This case returns to this Court on remand from our Supreme Court to consider whether defendant, the city of Pontiac, acting through its emergency manager (EM), may retroactively eliminate its accrued contract obligation to make its annual contribution to plaintiff, the City of Pontiac Police and Fire Retiree Prefunded Group Health and Insurance Trust, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.
