OLIVER, Judge.

The joint indictment upon which Marshall and Helton were tried and convicted contained four counts charging them (1) with burglarizing the dwelling house of Dr. Drew Mims in the daytime with the intent to commit larceny, (2) with larceny of money and guns and watches belonging to Dr. Mims, (3) with fraudulently buying and receiving the same property with intent to deprive the true owner thereof and knowing that it had been stolen, and (4) with concealing the same property with like intent and knowledge.
