OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, Charles W. (Chip) Gaylor, appeals as of right from convictions for first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder. He was sentenced to life in prison for the murder conviction and to a consecutive term of ten years for conspiracy to commit murder.

In addition to challenging the sufficiency of the evidence, the defendant presents the following issues for review:(1) whether the trial court properly allowed evidence of the conspiracy into evidence;(2) whether the trial court properly admitted the defendant’s voluntary confession to a prior bad…
