This matter comes before the court on the Plaintiffs partial motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 126) and the Defendants’ motions for summary judgment (Dkt. Nos. 121, 130) in this debt collection case. Plaintiff brings this action on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated individuals; he asserts claims against the Defendants, alleging that the Defendants violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C.A. § 1692, et seq.
