Plaintiffs commenced this action as stockholders of Soundview Pulp Company to enjoin the consolidation and merger of that company with two other corporations. By an amended complaint, it was sought not only to enjoin the proposed consolidation and merger, but also to have the organization of Soundview Pulp Company adjudged fraudulent, illegal and void, to have the assets which were being held by that company restored to a syndicate of which plaintiffs were members, to have a trustee appointed to take charge of such assets, to secure the return of certain properties alleged to have been…
