ORDER GRANTING DEBTOR’S MOTION TO DISALLOW BEVINS’ PROOF OF CLAIM

This matter is before the Court pursuant to the Debtor’s Motion to Disallow Proof of Claim. William Brian Bevins, including the approximately 550 America West Airlines pilots who have assigned their claim to Mr. Bevins (collectively “Bevins”) to pursue, objects to the Debtor’s motion.
