This is an appeal from an order overruling appellant’s plea of privilege to be sued in Hidalgo county in a suit instituted by appellee, E. W. Napier, in the district court of Wichita county, to recover an alleged debt amounting to $2,500, and to foreclose an alleged equitable lien on 300 shares of stock of a private corporation. The plea of privilege was in due form and duly verified, and alleged that appellant, at the time of the institution of the suit, and at the time of service of citation upon him, and at the time of the filing of the plea of privilege, was a resident…
