Affirming.
On September 30, 1914, tbe Commonwealth Life; Insurance Company issued to Joseph M. Wilkinson, a policy insuring his life in favor of his wife, Bessie W. Wilkinson, in the sum of $5,000.00. Her husband died'-'bn December 10, 1915, arid she brought this spit against trie *834company to reform the policy on the ground of mutual mistake of the parties, or fraud on the part of the company, and to recover on the policy when thus reformed. On final hearing the action was dismissed, and she appeals.
