OPINION
FIDEL, Presiding Judge.
The primary question presented in this appeal is jurisdictional. Sims, an inmate of the Arizona Department of Corrections (“ADOC”), filed a petition for writ'of habeas corpus with the Superior Court. He appeals from an order denying his petition. The State claims that we lack jurisdiction because the trial court did not issue its order in a signed minute entry or judgment.
