TURNAGE, Chief Judge.
Donald Kenneth Alexander was charged with two counts of harassment under § 565.-090, RSMo 1986. The jury found him guilty on both counts and assessed punishment at three months in jail on each count. The trial court sentenced Alexander to three months imprisonment on the first count, suspended execution of sentence as to the second count, and placed Alexander on unsupervised probation for two years.
