INTRODUCTION
On February 23, 2007, plaintiff Anthony Laudadio brought this action for violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) against Mike Johanns, in his official capacity as Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture (“defendant”).
