MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion (#27) and seeks fees and expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). Initially, plaintiff requested that $5,296.18 in, EAJA fees and expenses be paid directly to her attorney.
