This action comes before the Court on a Motion for Adequate Protection filed by Union Bank. Debtors Michael David Gregg and Denise Lynn Gregg filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on April 23, 1996. At that time, the debtors declared their intention under § 521(2) to reaffirm the debt owed to Union Bank which was secured by the mobile home in which the debtors were residing. Subsequently, Debtors changed their minds and at the scheduled § 341 meeting, they expressed their intent to surrender the mobile home. The mobile home secured…
