This is a breach of contract case. Plaintiff, Michael Hazime (Hazime), says defendant, Martin Oil of Indiana, Inc. (Martin Oil), breached a contractual obligation to sell real property improved with a gasoline station (the station) for $250,000.00. Hazime requests the Court to order the specific performance of his contract. On October 30, 1991, Martin Oil removed the case from the Wayne County Circuit Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a).
