This suit was brought by the plaintiff, Sumter Fertilizer Manufacturing Company, against Morris Baker, Louis Baker, and Frank M. Kline doing business under the firm name of M. Baker & Sons, for the purpose of enforcing specific performance of a written contract for the purchase of certain real estate situate in the county of Charleston.
