OPINION
BRIAN QUINN, Chief Justice.
On November 24, 2003, we issued our opinion overruling Jimmy Lee Flores’ four issues and affirming the trial court’s judgment. Appellant petitioned the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for discretionary review. On September 15, 2004, that court vacated our judgment and remanded the cause for reconsideration in light of Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36, 124 S.Ct. 1354, 158 L.Ed.2d 177 (2004).
