Plaintiff Florence Tinnin (“Plaintiff’ or “Ms. Tinnin”) brings this suit seeking reinstatement of her Section 8 rental subsidy benefits and reimbursement of her benefits since September 2008 from Defendants Section 8 Program of the City of White Plains (“Section 8”) and the White Plains Community Development Office/Urban Renewal Agency (“CDO/URA”) (collective ly, “Defendants”).
