NIMMONS, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE comes on for consideration upon the Magistrate Judge’s report and recommendation recommending that RTC’s Motion To Dismiss Counterclaim (Dkt. 22) (interpolated as a motion for summary judgment) and RTC’s Motion For Summary Judgment (Dkt. 43) be GRANTED and that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiff on all claims, including the counterclaims asserted by defendant, except that Defendants be granted leave to amend their counterclaims absent a showing by RTC of prejudice, and that Plaintiff’s Motion To Hold Defendants In Contempt Of Court For Violation…
