Plaintiffs, Hunziker and Greenwalt, each alleging that he was the owner of a certain tract of land in Albany County and that an appropriation of irrigation *247water had been made for said land, joined in seeking an injunction against the defendants, water officers of the State of Wyoming, from “continuing to deny the plaintiffs * * * a right to divert and take” the irrigation water for said lands.
