MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT

Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Entry of Judgment by Default [Docket Entry # 9]. This action for copyright infringement commenced on April 16, 2008, and Defendants were properly served with the summons and Complaint on July 18, 2008. Defendants have failed to respond or otherwise appear in this lawsuit. As a result, the Clerk made an entry of default pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on September 26, 2008.
