This was a bill in equity praying for a decree of specific performance of a contract for the sale of land and the court below entered a final decree in accordance with the prayer of *248the bill. A careful examination of the bill and answer, the testimony, exceptions on the part of the defendant and the decree convinces us that the court. did not err in making the decree complained of.
