Jack Wedmore sustained personal injuries while working on the North Slope of Alaska on November 7, 1974. On that date, Wed-more was an employee of Alaska Totem Electrical Enterprises, Inc., the electrical sub-contractor employed on a construction project by the general contractor, Arctic Structures, Inc.
