E. H. Blount sued P. R. Penman in the district court of Nacogdoches county, Tex., on a note executed by Penman to Blount for the sum of $15,000 and at the time of filing the suit attachment was levied upon some lots in the town of Nacogdoches known as the Walker, Woods, Blount, and Wright (sometimes called the Wilson) lots. It appears that P. R. Penman had left the country and. his whereabouts were not known. Mrs. P. R.
