—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following Memorandum: Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of divorce that, inter alia, directs him to pay maintenance in the sum of $100 per week for three years and counsel fees of $500. Supreme Court did not err in concluding that, in the circumstances of this case, defendant is entitled to durational maintenance while she establishes her new career as a real estate salesperson (see, Sperling v Sperling, 165 AD2d 338).
