This suit .is brought by the attorney-general on the relation of twenty-four persons, who are also complainants, by information and bill, to restrain the city of Paterson, a body corporate of this state, from discharging its sewage into the Passaic river, which flows through that city. The relators and complainants, are riparian owners of lands upon the Passaic river below the city of Paterson.
